Gao Xingfu, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, paid his official visit to Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park for research and guidance on August 30, 2023. Fang Yuan, Vice President of the Group, Li Tiancheng, Vice President of New Energy Industrial Group, gave him and his entourages a warm reception on behalf of the company. 

Related personnels from the company made deliberate presentations on special programs to Gao in the exhibition hall, while making holistic introductions to Huayou's industrial distribution, intelligent manufacturing, scientific research and development, production application as well as its middle and long term development plans and so on. Gao highly affirmed fruitful achievements made by Huayou about its probing into new energy Li-ion battery materials and building an integrated industrial chain for years. He also encouraged the enterprise, based on sustainable core competitiveness, to seize development opportunities, to establish a new development pattern at a fast pace, and achieve greater success on its new journey of high-quality development. 

Fang extended his warm welcome to Gao's presence and guidance, and expressed his sincere gratitude towards long-standing concerns and supports to Huayou from Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and Quzhou municipal Party committee and government. Since its footprint expansion in Quzhou as of 2012, Huayou kept fulfilling and deepening development pattern of “Two clusters and two bases”—— industrial agglomeration, enterprises cluster, integration and clusterization.
